Totally useless.Rude and wont speak to you and just pass you back down the line.
Complete opposite to BT and Sky’s Executive Support Team who go out of their way to be helpful and courtious
miss sold to and lied to by three outbound sales to take a contract and customer service dont give a flying f*** 50 odd calls and around 24hrs of call time to three and still no one wants to take responsibility or offer an apology!!
this company and there contact centres are a joke.
i was due to deploy to afgan and they cut my phone off 2 hours before. I then made 40 calls to the call centre in india where i was treated like dirt.
i wish i never left vodafone.
